磨料介紹
鋯剛玉（FUSED ZIRCONIA ALUMINA）是以氧化鋁、氧化鋯為原料，經(jīng)過2250℃的高溫冶煉，在鋯穩(wěn)定劑的作用下和精確而特別溫度曲線下進(jìn)行冷卻結(jié)晶，從而獲得鋯鋁共晶的微晶解理結(jié)構(gòu)。

1、以特殊的加工工藝并經(jīng)過巴馬克形成，質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)，堅(jiān)硬無比，結(jié)構(gòu)緊密，是鋼鐵行業(yè)等耐火料的材料，廣泛適用于鋼鐵行業(yè)連軋連鑄、水口、流道、玻璃爐窯等耐火材料的生產(chǎn)制造。
2、鋯剛玉耐熔體侵蝕性好，作為一種高級(jí)磨料，可制造高性能的重負(fù)荷砂輪，對(duì)鋼件、鑄鐵件、耐熱鋼、以及各種合金材料有很好的磨削作用；
3、鋯剛玉還是一種高級(jí)耐火原料，是制作高性能的滑動(dòng)水口及浸入式水口的理想材料 ，還可用于制作玻璃熔窯用鋯剛玉磚及高檔建筑材料。
4、鋯剛玉微粉主要用于制造研磨膏，拋光蠟，砂布砂紙等。

工件表面的清理、工件表面涂覆前的預(yù)處理、改變工件的物理機(jī)械性能、工件表面的光飾加工。 塑料砂用于電子產(chǎn)品，熱固塑料制品及橡膠制品的去飛邊，清潔模具、敏感元件及鍍金零件，可用作脫漆劑，粘合劑，增強(qiáng)劑，防水劑，阻燃劑等，廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑裝飾業(yè)，交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)，廣告業(yè)，農(nóng)業(yè)，電子電器，鑄造業(yè)等各種領(lǐng)域。
